IE blocking Yahoo login screen half way through How to stop?

IE 7 has just been downloaded but it, most anoyingly, keeps asking me to confirm use of scripts or ActiveX controls when halfway through the initial Yahoo Home Page. How can I stop this. It happens on some other pages etc

1) Check for spyware and run a system cleaner that will clear you internet cache etc. (see below)

2) If problem persists, check internet security settings, you may have to lower the security.

3) Alternative solution: Switch to Mozilla FireFox as it is a much better Web browser.
