there is this popup toolbar that pops up when i open IE....it has links (money maker....., drop down boxes and a search block wth a go button) it appears just abover the windows task bar at the bottom of the sreen. Will not close when i close IE. have to log off or restart forit to disappear...????? grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.
